The a double room we were given had an in-room safe and a storage space. The breakfast was savoury with sliced meats, scrambled eggs and cheeses, the staff was really helpful. The pool area was good and the location was favourable, near major roadworks, which is at the base of the Andes on the road to Mendoza and vineyards.

I recently stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of Los Andes and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect for my needs as it was situated on the road that leads to the Andean mountain pass into Argentina. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the beautiful landscapes of the region. Additionally, the hotel offered great value for money with reasonable prices for the area. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the friendly and helpful staff to the basic amenities provided. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, complete with free in-room WiFi, which was a major bonus. I also appreciated the large bathroom with a spacious shower stall, making me feel right at home. Lastly, breakfast was included in my stay, and it offered a varied selection that ensured I started my day on a high note.

During my Easter weekend stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent services provided by the hotel staff. From the warm greeting at check-in to the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to nearby attractions, their service was outstanding. the location was also convenient with easy access to local restaurants and tourist spots. the rooms were spacious, and the amenities provided made the stay comfortable, including free Wi-Fi and access to a fitness center.
The price, which seemed a bit steep, but considering the excellent service and amenities offered, it was well worth it. the noise level in the hotel could be improved, as it was sometimes challenging to get a good night's sleep due to the street noise.

Additionally, the included breakfast offered a good selection of continental options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Spent Christmas here and it was lovely! The decorations were festive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the mountains in the distance. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, including fresh fruits and pastries. The swimming pool was a nice touch, and even though it was winter, we enjoyed a quick dip.
The location was a bit far from the town center, so we had to take a taxi to get to restaurants and shops. the menu at the hotel restaurant was limited and we found ourselves wanting more variety in the dishes.
